Mission Statement

The Fast Break Club supports the University of Oregon Women's Basketball Program by building a beneficial relationship between the program and the community. The Fast Break Club works to enhance communication among fans, coaches and players, seeks to raise the level of knowledge and support for Oregon Women's Basketball, and is committed to raising funds for the Women's Basketball Program to support competition at the highest levels of national and conference play. 

What is the Fast Break Club?

The Fast Break Club was formed in the mid 1980's to support the U of O Women's Basketball program. Through the years the club has been able to support the program in many ways.  Plus we give UO WBB fans a chance to learn more about the game and about our team.

FBC Members' Post-Game Socials...

A big benefit of being a Fast Break Club member are the FBC members' Socials held after after key games where you can meet coaches, players and the players' families.  You can read more about the Socials on our FBC Events page.

FBC Pre-Game Chalk Talks...

The Fast Break Club also sponsors the pre-game Chalk Talks with coaching staff that will be held in the Founders Club.  The Chalk Talks will be open to everyone so it's a great opportunity to bring your friends and family to hear more about the game from coaching staff and find out more about the club.  Read more about our FBC events here.

 

FBC Half-Time Bingo...

Thanks to your support of the FBC's popular Half-Time Bingo we celebrated hitting our $150,000 goal to fully fund the Teresa Smith Women's Basketball Scholarship Endowment this past year!

With the achievement of the scholarship goal, funds raised through your support of the Fast Break Club can now go toward other great ways of supporting the WBB program.  The club will be working work closely with the program to determine how the FBC can best support the student-athletes.  

Two local businesses have been great partners with the UO Fast Break Club for a number of years now.  The support of Bi-Mart for Half-Time Bingo and Full City Coffee Roasters support for our club newsletters has been terrific!  Be sure to support these great community leaders.
